In the midst of the idyllic landscape of the Innviertel hills, the herds of "Wollschweine" of the organic farmers Elfriede Sonnleitner and Siegfried Rathner graze. The "Schwalbenbäuchige Mangalitza" was still popular and eminently appreciated at the time of Emperor, but almost died out. The animals live summer and winter under the open sky. The range of products is all about the woolly pig: Innviertler Surspeck-Carpaccio, bacon, lard, grammel lard, salami and dry sausages.
