AthleticBox Innviertel offers workshops and seminars on functional training. Barbell training, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, landmines, medicine balls, ropes, bodyweight exercises and much more. Customised workshops for companies, clubs and interest groups can also be developed and implemented. The newly built box in the centre of the Innviertel region has recently become available.
What is CrossFit?
Functional training in small groups of up to 14 participants. The individual sessions consist of a warm-up, a workout and a cool-down including debriefing. The content of the sessions is a combination of strength training with free weights, functional gymnastics and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
The aim of the courses is to improve the general physical condition of the participants as much as possible. In the varied and diverse training programme, the trainer also pays great attention to the execution of the exercises.
The target group is athletes, fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious people who are motivated and willing to work on themselves and find out the limits of their own capabilities. Age and performance level play a subordinate role, as the workouts in all units are universally scalable in terms of intensity.
