Following extensive remodelling and new construction work, the school has been resplendent since the 2009/10 school year. The new building is bright and friendly, with lots of glass bringing the outdoors in - this "friendliness" of the building is infectious for everyday school life. A school of joie de vivre has been created, which is very well received by teachers and pupils.

The new school has a spacious gym, physics, drawing and music room, well-equipped rooms for IT and textiles, a library and school kitchen and a unique chapel.
Great importance was attached to community-promoting learning and leisure zones, four very "communicative" halls invite students to relax, play table tennis and table football, and to celebrate together.

The outdoor facilities with play equipment and adventure areas surrounded by trees and shrubs are the "refreshing green lungs". There is also a sports field.
