Delays & Cancellations
Out of respect for subsequent guests, we ask for your understanding that if you are late, this will be deducted from the treatment time.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not canceled on time or not attended will be charged at 100%. These conditions also apply to appointments in the form of a voucher or for day spa bookings.
Bookings made at short notice (less than 24 hours in advance) also constitute a binding booking. Please note that these cannot be canceled free of charge. This also applies in the event of illness or other impediments.
