The church in St. Veit im Innkreis owes its existence to the castle owners of Brunnenthal. It was built in the 15th century from tufa stone and is largely in rococo style. The high altar dates back to 1761 and the altarpiece depicts the church patron saint St Vitus in the cauldron. The side altars are several decades older and depict a crucifixion group (Schwanthaler).
