An institution in the Innviertel!

The year is 1866, a time of upheaval, which is also noticeable in the leisure activities of the people of the Innviertel. The useful should be combined with pleasure. This marks the first steps on the way to the trade fair town of Ried im Innkreis. In October of the following year, the "First Agricultural Exhibition Festival" takes place. Little has changed in the basic idea since then. At most, the scale has become more spectacular.
145 events in 2019 bring record numbers to Messe Ried and delight visitors of all ages.
