Our pigs are only fed with our own grain. Species-appropriate husbandry and home slaughtering result in high-quality meat. Everything that is served in the dumpling kitchen is produced on the farm, be it the home-baked farmhouse bread, our savoury Innviertler dumplings or the tender Surspeck.
