On the day of arrival, the spa is available to you with reserved hotel guest relaxation areas from 08:00, on the other days of your stay from 07:00. You can use the thermal baths and Caribbean sauna world until 12:00 on the day of departure. In order to be able to enjoy your vacation until closing time on the day of departure, you can extend your stay until closing time for an additional charge. Both the bathing bag and the day checkrooms are available to you until departure.

Our starting prices are per person and stay in a Classic room with double occupancy, excluding local tax. Weekend surcharge, higher room categories or single rooms are calculated on a daily basis and according to season.
Cancellation conditions with maximum flexibility
Cancellations at the 4*S Hotel are free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Excluding Christmas vacations (24.12. to 07.01.): Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Excluding public holidays: If a public holiday falls on the day of arrival or on a subsequent day during the period of the stay, cancelations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
After the cancellation deadline, we will charge 100% of the total price.
We would like to point out that room cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In case of doubt, the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply.
