This is exactly the right things for everyone who always wanted to know how you can make the national drink of Austria with only four ingredients: Hops, malt, water and yeast. In this one-day seminar you will get to see the whole process of brewing beer: the crushing of the malt, the mashing, the cooking and lautering, and the cool down of the final product. All this will be shown and explained by experienced workers of the brewery Ried.
