Handcraft baker tradition has been in our house since 1552 - in the middle of Ried am Stelzhamerplatz. In 1978 the bakery was expanded into a pastry shop with a cafe on the first floor and later a sidewalk garden in front of the bakery. 🥐☕ Breakfast specials at the Mayer bakery 🥐☕

Traditional recipes and artisan production guarantee high-quality products. A fresh food mobile supplies companies with savoury snacks, as well as catering establishments with fresh or frozen pastries. We have been a member of the Upper Austrian "Troadbäcker" association since 2001. We bake with flours from controlled Upper Austrian agriculture, with natural sourdough and natural ingredients. Bread varieties for the nutrition-conscious are developed in co-operation with nutritionist Christian Putscher.
