Our craft bakery is managed in the 3rd generation and we feel committed to our tradition. Sourdough guidance on all our breads! The natural sourdough is only prepared and continued with flour and water. A procedure that we have been practicing for over 80 years and have hardly changed. It gives the bread its incomparable taste and keeps it fresh for a long time. Our wheat doughs also have a ripening time of 20 hours and give a special taste experience.
