The hedgerow nature trail in St. Veit im Innkreis was created in 2000 in the district of Pudexing and has been inviting children and parents on an informative tour ever since. Families can learn about 45 native shrub and tree species on the 500 metre long themed trail. In 2005, a 300 metre long snack hedge was added to the trail. Here, children can also taste the individual fruits at harvest time.

Colourful information boards provide families with lots of interesting facts about the respective tree or shrub and awaken their understanding of nature. An information point and a nice rest area make the hike along the hedgerow nature trail in St. Veit more than pleasant.

Guided tours of the hedgerow nature trail are possible by arrangement with the municipal office or the St. Veit nature school.
