Dive into "Our History" in olden times: folk art, folk culture and regional history, plus art of regional and national significance at the Museum Innviertler Volkskundehaus (Museum of Innviertl Ethnology) in Ried!
Museum Focus: Schwanthaler Sculptures, Ethnic Collection, Religious Folk Art, Max-Kislinger Parlor, Gallery of the Town Ried.
The works of the Schwanthaler Family of Sculptors, who lived and worked in Ried for more than 200 years, are exhibited in the Museum's sculpture hall. The Ethnic Collection comprises ancient handicrafts, local costumes and textiles, jewelry and receptacles.
