The Ober family's farm is almost self-sufficient. The feed for the chickens is produced on their own fields. The energy for the production of quality products comes from their own hydroelectric power plants or is generated from solar energy and the heat is produced using wood chip heating, with the wood coming from their own forests.

In terms of sustainable products, the Ober family offers eggs from free-range chickens and a wide variety of spices such as caraway, blue poppy, coriander, fennel, linseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sesame, aniseed, as well as bread spices and much more.
