Scottish Highland cattle and sunflowers are kept and grown at the Stefelbauer farm in the Innviertel region. ūüźģūüĆĽ

  • In2010 , Ferdinand and Ina W√∂lflingseder converted their farm from dairy cows to highland cattle. The cattle are kept outdoors and they market the meat themselves.
  • The Stefelbauer has been an organic farm since 2017 .
  • Sunflowers, spelt and wheat flour were added in2019 . ūüĆĽ
  • They were awarded a silver medal at the 2022 Direct Marketing Fair in Wieselburg for the organic sunflower oil they press themselves. ūü•ą

Spar and Nah & Frisch are also supplied in the surrounding regions. The products are also available in the organic self-service shop Kobl in Ried im Innkreis and at the Aspach FoodCoop Brot & Ruam. Meat is available once or twice a year - usually at Easter and Christmas (on pre-order).
