ISG plans, builds and manages residential and living environments in the Innviertel and Hausruckviertel regions, such as rental, owner-occupied and buy-to-let properties in multi-storey buildings and terraced houses, and also supports municipal development projects.

We want to create spaces that enable people to develop. Our aim is to create happy people in their flats and houses, in their neighbourhood and in their community. We want to give this happiness. A task that is both a responsibility and an obligation for us. If we can make a contribution with our work so that people are happy, that they feel content and protected, then we too are happy and our work has meaning.

We want to create something for people that is unique and not interchangeable - a home. That is our passion and will remain so in the future.
