Playfully train your physical, emotional and mental balance!

No matter what difficulties we have in life, we always have a lack of balance. Learning and behavioural problems can be easily recognised by physical imbalance.

Our years of experience show that every problem, every challenge in our lives also requires its own form of balance. We speak of a total of 7 different balance areas (intelligences) in our brain.

In the Evopäd training course, seven stations are set up on the Wildenauer Badesee site, where the respective imbalances can be trained quickly, easily, playfully and with fun.

The 7 exercise stations help with concentration problems, conflicts, learning and behavioural problems as well as insecurity and anxiety. These exercises are simple but fundamental and this is precisely where their power lies.

The recallable memory of the balance experience on the course creates great potential for everyday life. The result is the experience of a secure sense of balance at all seven stages of development.

Everyone, whether children, young people or adults, is welcome on the course and can playfully improve their life skills.

Targeted support and lasting changes can be guided on the course.
That is why we also offer guided programmes for school and children's groups, leisure or company teams.
