The Schrattenecker hobby apiary in Aspach has been around for over 60 years. I learned the trade from my grandfather. Of course, a lot has changed over time - we are constantly trying to improve in order to offer the best product for our customers. But one thing always remains the same: a love of the craft, nature and bees.

In addition to creamed and forest honey, I also offer mead (honey wine) and propolis drops.
