Our Sacherl is 125 square meters large, has an entrance hall to store shoes, 1 storage room, 1 living room with fireplace, 1 modern large kitchen, 1 guest toilet, 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet upstairs.
The vacation home and the large, fully fenced garden are for sole use.
The swimming pool (communal pool) in the garden next door can of course also be used and is accessible via a gate in the garden.
