We only buy animals that are born, fattened and slaughtered in the immediate vicinity of our farm in the Innviertel region.

Our quality management includes a functioning HACCP system as well as ongoing external inspections by independent inspection bodies and veterinarians. Only controlled Austrian beef and pork is used in the production of our products.
