The "Moibauerhof" in Bergham has been in the family for several generations and was taken over by the trained saleswoman Heidi and the butcher Hans from his parents. Almost 30 years ago, the Gast family co-founded the Braunau farmers' market and thus began the direct marketing of their meat products. After various alterations to the farm, the farm shop on the Gast family farm finally opened its doors in 1994. Since then, the farm shop in Weng has been open from Tuesday to Saturday and sells everything from raw products to smoked meat, roast meat, meat loaf and all kinds of sausages. You can also order mixed platters and sandwiches for your celebrations.
Meat & sausage products directly from the farm On the farm in Weng im Innkreis, the Gast family keeps around one hundred pigs, which are fed with the farm's own grain such as barley, wheat, maize and GM-free soya. The meat is processed into specialities in the farm butcher's shop. The farm has had the seal of approval for direct marketing since 1995. The range includes all sausages, as well as pork, smoked meat, smoked meat, Leberkäs, barbecue specialities and much more.
