The Dallinger family planted the first apricot trees in 2011. There are now over 750 apricot trees in Geinberg. In order to have a large harvest window, there are 16 different varieties. Harvesting is possible from around 20 June to 5 August.

The Dallinger family's main goal is to achieve the highest possible quality of fruit. It is particularly important to them to let the fruit ripen in the sun on the tree and to harvest it at the optimum ripening time. This is how the "Dallinger apricots" get their particularly fruity flavour.
