At the Riaplbauer organic farm, we endeavour to run our BIOHOF using traditional and tried-and-tested methods. We, the Mayer family, live in harmony with animals and nature in the heart of the Kobernaußerwald.

We pay the utmost attention to quality in the production of our cheese products. We naturally produce the cheese from 100% organic cow's milk. The basis for the full-bodied cow's milk specialities lies in the special quality of the herd and the closed organic nutrient cycle.
