The "Höhnharter Wildgenuss" project was launched in 2021.
There is now a new game room at Gasthof Gramiller.

In addition to the utilisation and direct marketing of roe deer, the programme includes game cooking courses in the local inns with the local farmers and housewives, barbecue courses with the Healthy Community of Höhnhart, including for men!

The Höhnhart hunters' game room has been located in the former restaurant wing of the Gramiller inn for generations. The hunted game has always been broken open there.

Due to the increasing hygienic requirements, the Höhnhart hunters' association spent more than 2000 hours of voluntary labour renovating and rebuilding the room.

In recent years, the hunters have stepped up the direct marketing of local roe deer and demand from the local population has risen steadily.
